Welcome.

I am here for you if you’re motivated to self-reflect, disrupt unhelpful patterns, and build more generative ways of relating. Together, we can cultivate greater self-trust, safety, joy, and pleasure in your relationships by exploring both what’s going well and where it feels painful.

You’ll hear me celebrate your wins, interrupt negative communication patterns with assertiveness, and offer playful or mindful interventions. I may also recommend time in nature or creative expression as "homework."

I work with individuals, couples, and caregivers from early adolescence through adulthood, honoring all constellations, social locations, and expressions you may arrive with—or discover—during our time together.

Clients often come to explore grief, anxiety, depression, trauma (acute, complex, and ancestral), attachment wounds, conflict skills, gender roles, identity formation, cross-cultural dynamics, life transitions, codependency, parenting, pleasure, financial stress, and building greater capacity and resilience to stress, among other experiences.

In our sessions, you can expect to slow down and experience more presence than daily life typically allows. I trust your innate wisdom to guide our work. My approach is systemic, relational, non-pathologizing, and tailored to each client. Emotionally Focused Therapy is my foundational modality, and I also draw from somatic practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, IFS, CBT, Collaborative, Expressive Arts, and Polyvagal frameworks.

As an imperfect human myself, I am a devoted nature lover, parent, partner, friend, ally, and a lifelong steward of my own growth and connection. To restore my energy, I listen to live music, commune with nature, tune into myself, play, make things, and putter around.
