I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to my work with adolescents, adults, and couples. Having grown up struggling with obesity and bullying, I understand the weight of shame, anxiety, and the deep need for acceptance. These experiences shaped my commitment to helping others heal from pain and move toward authentic connection and self-acceptance.

For over twenty-three years, I worked as a physical therapist with both children and adults. My pediatric practice focused on chronic physical disabilities, where I saw firsthand that healing was never just physical—it was deeply tied to identity, resilience, and emotional well-being. In my adult practice, I supported individuals with a wide range of physical challenges, always integrating mental health and emotional support into the care I provided.

While I found fulfillment in that field, I chose to pivot later in life to align my work more closely with my strengths and values. Today, I help clients navigate relationship struggles, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also support teens facing school pressures, identity development, and social challenges, as well as individuals adjusting to the shift from remote to in-person work. One of my specialties is in men’s mental health—helping men work through issues of identity, vulnerability, emotional expression, and the unique relational challenges they often face.
